Research On Collaborative Development Between Uangzhou Automobile Industrial Cluster And Regional Ogistics

As one of the three pillar industries in Guangzhou, with the support of government andthe cooperation of enterprises, automobile industry has gradually started the strategy ofindustrial cluster and achieved the rapid and stable development. From the development ofautomobile industry cluster, the smooth logistics become one of the most important factors inthe early constructing period of the industry cluster. So how to use the advanced modernlogistics concept to transform the Guangzhou automobile industry enterprises’ traditionallogistics mode, how to strengthen the collaboration between Guangzhou automobile industrycluster enterprise and logistics enterprise, have became the key to realize the modern logisticsmanagement and sustainable development of Guangzhou automobile industry cluster.In view of these, with the theory system and collaborative evolution as the guidingideology, this article try to use cooperative Synergy Theory, game theory and so on to analyzethe collaborative logistics mode of Guangzhou automobile industry cluster, build thecoordination model between Guangzhou automobile industry clusters and regional logistics,and thorough analysis the results, point out that the reason why the coordination degree ofGuangzhou automobile industry clusters and regional logistics is not too high, and on thebasis of which, construct the collaborative logistics system of Guangzhou automobileindustry cluster.The work of this paper mainly summarize as follows:(1) From the qualitative and quantitative aspects analysis the feasibility of CollaborativeDevelopment between Guangzhou Automobile Industrial Cluster and Regional Logistics, anduses the Logistic equation model to study the relationship of Guangzhou automobile industryclusters and regional logistics. Then systematically analyzes the collaborative logistics modeof Guangzhou automobile industry cluster, and summarizes four advantages of thecollaborative logistics in Guangzhou automobile industry cluster, which are global resourcesoptimization,Vendor Managed Inventory,JIT, billboard delivery, supply chain managementintegration and the third party logistics mode.(2) With the quantitative analysis of Guangzhou automobile industry clusters andregional logistics collaborative effect, this paper constructs the order parameters ofautomobile industry cluster and regional logistics, and builds a coordination quantitativemodel between the auto industry cluster and regional logistics based on the established orderparameters, and does a empirical research with the Guangzhou automobile industry clusterdata, which can bring a certain reference to other automobile industry cluster in China. (3)This paper creates a synergy logistics system, first puts forward the longitudinalsynergy and transverse synergy model with the game theory, and improves the accuracy ofthe collaborative logistics management, feasibility and operability from auto parts supplylogistics, production logistics collaboration, the third party logistics collaboration, the seamlessprocesses of automobile overall logistics and mass customization logistics.
