Skilled talents are becoming strategic resources for manufacturing enterprises to upgrade.The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises requires not only scientific research talents,management talents,but also a large number of skilled talents with high quality.At the same time,three-dimensional skilled personnel training trend is increasingly prominent.In the context of industry 4.0,with the continuous development of intelligence and informatization,higher requirements have been put forward for skilled talents.In addition to constantly improving the skills and knowledge level of skilled talents,the management of their values has become more and more important.XZ group is a is given priority to with the equipment manufacturing industry,a comprehensive group company,cross-industry business products with waste heat boiler,elevators and elevator parts,stereo garage,aviation parts mainly,the development of enterprises,more than 30 years is also in constant transformation and upgrading,whether to have the skills of a high quality talent team,XZ is directly related to the group’s core competitiveness.Based on this background,it is particularly important to study the training system of skilled talents in XZ group.Firstly,this paper reviews relevant domestic and foreign literatures from the competency model,training mode of skilled talents and growth pattern of skilled latents.On the basis of the literature research to build the QCM design theory model(Quality refers to the persons with basic ethical and moral values and dimensions,such as is the basis of the persons with dimensions.Competency is the dimension of persons with abilities,including skills,knowledge and ability.Motivation is the career achievement intention.)Based on the theory of the QCM design model to the welders XZ group as the research object,using the interview survey method,literature research,work analysis,build up the XZ group welder QCM design model,detailed the four dimensions of Quality of level 4 level study,according to the five welder were teasing out the Competency required knowledge,skills,and abilities.Finally,the two elements of Motivation are studied to distinguish the degree of occupational achievement intention.Then,based on this model,the identification and development schemes of various dimensions are developed,as well as the construction of the training mechanism for skilled talents of XZ group,including the three mechanisms of identification,development and incentive.Finally,the paper summarizes the main research conclusions,considers the enlightenment to the training of skilled personnel in manufacturing enterprises,and the limitations and prospects of the research.
