In recent years,with the start of a new round of ultra-high voltage construction,this indicates that the next few years will be the peak period of power transmission and transformation project construction.At the same time,due to overcapacity in the domestic power transmission and transformation construction industry,the external competitive environment is very fierce.In the construction project of power transmission and transformation project,the material purchasing cost accounts for 40%~50% of the total project cost.if company b wants to stand out in this round of opportunities,it must improve the material purchasing management level,reduce the purchasing cost and enhance the market competitiveness.This thesis systematically studies the material procurement management of substation project of Company B,aiming at improving the material procurement management level of substation project of Company B.Its main contents include the following aspects: First,the relevant literature on material purchasing management of project is studied to find out the theoretical basis needed by this research,and the relevant theoretical basis is summarized to point out the direction for the research;Secondly,taking the XT 500 k V substation project of Company B as an example,the thesis analyzes the current situation of material management,finds out that there are some problems in material management of Company B,such as unreasonable division of material authority,scattered material purchasing mode,insufficient control of material price and extensive supplier management,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the material management of Company B,according to the Activity Based Classification and Kraljic Model,the material cost management and supplier management of power transmission and transformation project of Company B are optimized.The optimization of material cost management includes the reclassification and division of purchasing authority,the optimization of purchasing mode and the optimization of purchasing process.The optimization of supplier management includes the design of supplier review system,the dynamic evaluation of suppliers and the establishment of reward and punishment mechanism for suppliers.Through the optimization of material cost management and supplier management for power transmission and transformation projects of Company B,the material management level of Company B will be improved so that Company B will be more competitive in the power transmission and transformation industry and take the lead in this round of ultra-high voltage construction.
