Study On The Improvement Of Material Purchasing Management Of YCSY Group

The rapid development of the digital age drives the gradual deepening of global economic integration,the competition among enterprises has also changed from the same industry to cross-industry,from domestic competition to international competition,profit margins in traditional industries have been squeezed,especially for the purchase of materials occupy a large number of enterprise costs of energy petrochemical enterprises.How to further improve material procurement management and meet the requirements of supply chain management in the digital age,It is of great significance to help enterprises reduce cost and increase efficiency for sustainable development.In my paper starts from the material procurement status of YCSY group,mainly by using the theory of supply chain management and extension ideas,by analyzing the YCSY group company supplies purchasing management problems and causes,put forward the improvement plan in the main link where the enterprise has problems.In view of the current enterprise procurement management system is not reasonable、procurement process control is not rigorous、loose supplier management、information construction is not perfect four main aspects of the analysis,according to the current situation and theoretical requirements of the enterprise,put forward the applicable improvement plan;Mainly from the scale of centralized procurement management 、refined control of procurement process 、strengthen supplier management and improve information construction,to provide data decision support for enterprises to improve accordingly.The purpose is to explore the path of combining theory with practice for enterprise material purchase management,and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises in a scientific and rational way.The research of this paper mainly provides ideas for the transformation and upgrading of YCSY group’s material procurement management in the digital era,it provides a method for enterprises to continuously strengthen the level of material purchase management,and also provides reference value for solving similar problems of material purchase management in the same industry.
