Research On Strategy And Practice Of How T Company Apply BIM Method For Railway Construction Drawing Review

With the development of the research and application,the meaning of the "BIM" has expanded,and now it has become a new methodology of infrastructure construction management under the background of industrial 4.0,and has received extensive attention in the construction and engineering fields of all countries in the world.The BIM approach provides an effective technical support for the full life cycle of the project.The BIM method in the railway industry is later than the Building construction industry,the development is not balanced,the achievements of a single professional are more,the comprehensive collaborative application achievements are less,the achievements of the design or construction are more,and the achievements of the construction drawing review are very few.This thesis propose the strategy and implementation of the BIM method in the review of the construction drawing of railway projects;through the actual application cases,the feasibility and the universality of the proposed countermeasures are analyzed and verified.To explore how the whole enterprise should adapt to the change of the technological method and adapt to the new environment to achieve the sustainable development.This thesis,combined with theories of innovation and management,applies the literature research,the induction method and the Practice approach to analyze how to introduce the BIM method to the review of the construction drawing of the railway projects in China.The thesis take an enterprise as research object which is specialized in the review of railway construction drawing(T Company).First,to absorb the research results at home and abroad,to sort out the organization structure and business scope of the enterprise,to summarize the evolution of the working methods of the construction drawing review,and to analyze the necessity of introducing the BIM method to the construction drawing review link.Secondly,to sort out the relevant concept of the railway BIM and analyse the various possible development path,strategies,and implementation plans.To explore how to combine the BIM with the mobile Internet,the Internet of Things,the cloud computing,the big data and the artificial intelligence.This thesis also studies the software combination scheme of the BIM method introduced in the review of the construction drawing of the railway,and discusses how to improve the working efficiency through the secondary development of the software.To explore the hardware deployment scheme of the BIM method is introduced too.Finally,based on the practical application case,the preliminary effect of the application of BIM on the construction drawing review is analyzed.
