| With the continuous promotion of The whole process of engineering consulting mode in China,the phenomenon of decentralized supervision of single consulting such as cost,design,construction,supervision,bidding agency,and project management in the whole life cycle of traditional engineering construction projects has been effectively alleviated.However,due to the historical limitations of the traditional construction mode and the development of engineering consulting in China,comprehensive consulting and management talents are still lacking,resulting in the overall effect of the whole process of engineering consulting to achieve comprehensive engineering management and integrated construction at this stage is not significant.These factors seriously affect the value added value of the costs and benefits brought by consulting enterprises to the owners such as project cost savings,shortening the project construction cycle,and extending the life of building products,which restricts the development of the whole process of engineering consulting mode.Therefore,the whole process of engineering consulting mode urgently needs to make up for the lack of comprehensive management talents in engineering consulting through scientific and effective management methods.Focusing on the above problems,this thesis takes the project value-added as the research purpose,and explores the whole process of engineering consulting team to build a scientific and reasonable construction project value management implementation system.First of all,this thesis identifies the value control points of the whole process of engineering consulting through the value chain theory,and builds a value management with the goal of value management according to the basic value activities of value planning(decision-making,design),value formation(construction,completion),value realization(project use),as well as the value-added activities of project stakeholder coordination management and information communication management;secondly,according to the value control points of the whole process engineering consulting,according to the organizational construction steps of "clear goal-set up-set up institutions-set up people-check and feedback",the value management is constructed as the goal" The technical team carries out the basic value implementation,the management team and the information team value-added implementation of the "consulting organizational structure";finally,around the consulting organizational structure with value management as the goal,explore the basic value management business of the whole process of engineering consulting in all stages of the engineering project,and form the coordination management and BIM information management of various stakeholders in the basic value management business process.Taking the engineering consulting service of the No.1 comprehensive energy station project in Beichen Core Area as an example,the value management practice of the whole process engineering consulting business is demonstrated. |
