With the acceleration of the urban process,the construction of rail transit has ushered in a rapid development stage,and it has also brought a lot of energy consumption.As a country with a relatively shortfall of energy,China has important strategic significance to adopt effective energy conservation and emission reduction measures.Energy Performance Contracting(EMC),as one of the effective ways of energy saving and emission reduction,is worthy of research and promotion.At the same time,how to improve the energy utilization efficiency and find the key influencing factors of subway energy consumption,and explore the effective way of subway energy saving are of great significance.Therefore,this article studies several key issues in current metro energy management,such as energy performance contracting,energy efficiency analysis,and key influencing factors and countermeasures of energy consumption.Based on the Energy Performance Contracting model,under the background of an actual subway project,study the application of contract energy management in the transformation of subway lighting systems,research on the optimization of contract energy management contract parameters under uncertain conditions,and based on response surface method,determining optimization key investment parameters such as optimal investment,owner ’s allocation ratio,and contract duration;on the basis of the subway lighting system transformation,the data envelopment analysis(DEA)method was used to compare and analyze the efficiency of the above contract energy management projects before and after transformation.A quantitative perspective to judge the effect of transformation;in addition to considering the energy consumption of the lighting system of the station,in order to further comprehensively measure the energy efficiency of the entire subway,a dynamic DEA measurement model is adopted to use the main systems such as train traction energy consumption,environmental control energy consumption,station equipment energy consumption and water consumption Energy consumption is used as an input indicator,passenger flow and mileage are used as output indicators to measure the dynamic energy efficiency.From the three aspects of comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency,effective improvement strategies for improving subway energy efficiency are analyzed;based on the measurement of energy efficiency,using cointegration expand the analytical methods of energy consumption factors subway short-term and long-term impact analysis equilibrium analysis,to identify the key factors affecting energy consumption,in order to analyze the results based on energy efficiency subway,subway energy efficiency improvement proposed countermeasures.
