With the continuous development of industrialization process, the structure of modern electromechanical products become increasingly complex, more and more functional, electromechanical products covered by more and more subject areas. Compared to traditional products, complex electromechanical products'requirements on R & D personnel increased, it is more difficult to complete complex electromechanical product R & D tasks. Compare with single company have the ability to complete the whole process of product design in traditional electromechanical products, nowadays electromechanical products'requirements became more functional,structure and so on, it makes the design process of complex electromechanical product require companies and departments from different regions work closely, collaborative design makes the R & D process of complex electromechanical product become more high-quality, high efficiency and low cost, through obtain design advantage of supply chain partners to achieve product-market and gain market competitive advantage.Product design process of complex electromechanical product is a key stage in the formation stage of quality and cost, to reduce product quality problems in the R & D stage has become an important part of quality management. Current quality management research are major in traditional quality control and quality assurance of the supply chain, there are few research in collaborative design: both in theory and practice applications, research on collaborative design quality control techniques are there not go far enough.Therefore, quality control techniques in the collaborative design process are studied in this paper, by analyzing the factors affecting the formation of design quality in collaborative design process, we proposed the object, content and related control activities of quality control in collaborative design, established quality control model of collaborative design under supply chain environment, the key quality control technology of collaborative design process under supply chain environment are studied, discussed quality evaluation methods of collaborative design, realized the combination of collaborative design process and design quality control.First, the paper introduces the importance and significance of research on quality control technology in collaborative design under supply chain environment, summarized current research on related subjects. Secondly, the paper combines the theoretical basis of design quality control, according to the features of collaborative design under supply chain environment, proposed the object, content and methods of quality control in the collaborative design process under supply chain environment, established the organization structure of collaborative design quality control process, control model and the main research contents.Then, the paper discussed the key technologies of quality control in collaborative design process under supply chain environment, namely, the collaborate calculation method of customer requirements importance rate in collaborative design process, setting of the key evaluation point in collaborative design process and quality evaluation of collaborative design.Lastly, this paper use collaborative design of a new environmentally friendly car of a car manufacturing and supply chain enterprises as an example, to illustrate the application process of quality control technology in collaborative design process under the supply chain environment.
