| With the rapid development of civil aviation industry of China,the construction of civil airports and general airport has great prospects.At the same time,most airports are faced with the difficulties in matching construction planning with operating requirements,in matching operating with investment and construction,and dual pressure of construction period and cost.The reason is that the project management mode of airport construction in China is relatively single,and some airport companies lack project management capacity,and do not form a project management model with standard,large-scale and sustainable.The thesis takes the reconstruction and expansion project of S airport as the research background,takes the two management modes of S airport as the research object,based on the project management theory,and uses a variety of methods,such as literature research,comparative study,case analysis and experience summary,etc.The thesis summarizes the development of civil airport construction in China,and analyzes the management mode,existing problems and causes of the S airport reconstruction and expansion project.This thesis puts forward the necessity of popularizing EPC mode and PMC mode,compares DBB,DB,EPC and PMC models,puts forward a variety of project management mode application scenarios by using SWOT analysis method,and explains the general contracting management mode of S airport reconstruction and expansion project from seven aspects: organizational building,planning and design management,contract planning,quality management,safety management,construction period management and cost control.Summarized the significance of implementation,challenges and management recommendations.In addition,the thesis makes a conclusion and points out that the research needs to be further improved. |
