In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in China,new business needs have been constantly raised,and the types of enterprise products have also developed in a diversified direction.The MES-based production management system must not only meet the processing requirements of the existing material varieties and upgrade the production line,but also be able to support the expansion of new needs and new business processes,reduce the development cost of new software,and ensure that the system is universal Information exchange between enterprises is realized under technical specifications and standards.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to design a production management system with good scalability,high degree of user customization and good integration performance.This paper takes the design of the workshop production management system of a generator factory in Shanghai as the research object,and analyzes the production status and existing problems of the enterprise workshop at this stage,combined with the domestic and foreign research status of the manufacturing execution system,industry application,and future development direction And the business function requirements of the system,with service-oriented SOA as the design idea,built a general scalability framework based on C / S and B / S hybrid system.Then the C/S terminal adopts the popular layered structural design idea.Through the system UML use case diagram modeling,a core service model composed of functional module services,component services and information interaction services is proposed to ensure the maximum system design.Flexibility and adaptability.Among them,the functional service layer proposes a scalable "general function module(including MES general function and basic function)& optional function module & user-defined function module" function module framework,which can adapt to the dynamic changes of enterprise business expansion and process reorganization.In the B/S terminal structure,firstly,an application integration model based on the message broker of the workshop production management system is constructed according to the system requirements,and on this basis,detailed standard interface definition and design are implemented to ensure the integrity specification of data access Sex.Then,the database access technology based on the factory design pattern is proposed.The ORM technology of NHibernate middleware is used as the interface package implementation,which can effectively solve the problems of cumbersome data access and high maintenance cost in a multi-source heterogeneous environment.Then,the detailed design and implementation of the database are carried out,and the main factors that affect the performance of the database are optimized and analyzed based on the SQL statement and table relationship structure,which provides a reference for the high-performance design of the database.Finally,according to the actual needs of a Shanghai power plant for the system,using Oracle 10 database as a data storage warehouse,using Visual Studio 2015,Enterprise Architect 13 and other development tools,using C# and C++ as programming languages,developed a set of intelligent workshop digital production Management system.The system not only provides basic information support and system management functions for the workshop of the enterprise,but also realizes intelligent production and monitoring of the workshop,and further enhances the level of networked intelligence of the entire enterprise.
