| With the development of urbanization in China,the urban surface space is gradually exhausted,and the contradiction between human and land is increasing.The reasonable development of urban underground space is an effective way to solve this dilemma.Tunnel engineering is a typical form of underground space engineering.Compared with the ground engineering,the difficulty in fully gathering the geological information of underground engineering,insufficient information sharing of all project participants and lag in the information management mode is frequently encountered during the tunnel construction.Consequently,the accident rate in tunnel construction is relatively high.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the informatization degree of construction monitoring of tunnel engineering construction,and to consider the information of survey,design and monitoring into a whole system.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,this paper designs and develops the tunnel engineering monitoring information management system independently on the bases of the BIM(Building Information Modeling)idea and Web technology.A preliminary application of the developed system is carried out by using the actual tunnel engineering monitoring project.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The method of building LOD detail level of tunnel model was studied.According to the characteristics of the tunnel structure,a decomposition scheme of the tunnel BIM model is proposed.The model can be divided into two level(LOD1 and LOD2).Subsequently,the detail parts in each LOD model were determined.In addition,the detail structure family library was established based on Revit software.According to the parametric modeling method,two detail level BIM models were built.(2)The Web browsing method of BIM model was studied.Based on the open source software toolkit XBIM,the Web loading technology in IFC files was investigated.By calling the components Xbim.Ifc and Xbim Web UI,IFC format file was transformed and loaded.Finally,BIM tunnel model can be browsed on the web in three-dimensional.(3)The tunnel monitoring information management system was developed in this study.By studying the functional requirements of tunnel engineering monitoring information management system,the network architecture and logical architecture of the system are designed.This information management system is a Web system based on B/S structure with three layers.The server and client of the system were developed through the technology of front and rear end separation.Besides,the server of the system was developed based on Visual Studio development environment and ASP.NET Core framework,the client of the system was developed according to the open source framework vue.js and MVVM architecture,and the data automatic upload tool was developed based on Win Form technology.Furthermore,a tunnel monitoring information management system was established through Web technology,which achieves the real-time sharing of tunnel monitoring data,Web browsing of BIM 3D model,automatic uploading of monitoring information,output of historical data report and automatic warning of over-limit.(4)Based on the monitoring data obtained from Chongqing Rail Transit Line 10 project from Nanping station to Nanbin Road station,the tunnel monitoring information management system is preliminarily applied.The result shows that the functions of the tunnel information management system developed in this paper run well.The tunnel information management system realizes the functions of network sharing of various information and automatic warning of overrun in the monitoring of tunnel construction period.This study provides guidance for the construction of tunnel engineering and improves the degree of tunnel information construction.Therefore,the application prospect of the tunnel information management system is broad. |
