With the rapid development of China’s economy,the continuous increase in per capita income,and the continuous pursuit of quality of life by rural residents,the energy consumption of rural residential buildings has sharply increased,especially in severe cold areas where winter is longer.During the heating season,people have high requirements for indoor temperature,and their demand for heating,domestic hot water,etc.is becoming increasingly strong.As an important area to realize rural revitalization,carbon neutrality and carbon peak in China,how to solve the problems of poor residential building environment,low indoor thermal environment comfort,weak functionality and high energy consumption in rural areas is the key to achieve this goal.From the above perspective,compared with other regions,rural residential buildings in severe cold regions have high energy consumption.Taking rural residential buildings in severe cold regions as the research object,from a practical perspective,study the overall framework of existing rural residential building renovation and explore the application strategies of ultra-low energy consumption in rural residential building renovation.Seeking renovation design solutions for rural residential buildings in severe cold regions,providing new ideas for rural construction,energy conservation and emission reduction,and promoting the development of ultra-low energy buildings in China.This article has reviewed a large number of the literature related to ultra-low energy consumption.This article has reviewed a large number of the literature related to ultra-low energy consumption,and conducted on-site research on the current situation of rural residential buildings in severe cold areas.It comprehensively analyzes and organizes the natural characteristics,climate characteristics,development and evolution of rural residential buildings,structural characteristics in severe cold areas,thus summarizing the problems of rural residential buildings in severe cold areas.In response to the existing problems,referring to existing policies and regulations in China,relevant measures are proposed to carry out ultra-low energy consumption renovation design for rural residential buildings in severe cold areas.Select typical rural residential buildings in the severe cold zone C as the research object,simulate and analyze the courtyard,indoor space,envelope,and renewable energy utilization of rural residential buildings using the analysis software De ST-h,and determine the most suitable ultra-low energy consumption renovation design scheme considering economy and practicality.The courtyard is renovated by paving the ground and adding greenery to enhance its environment;In terms of courtyard space,based on the usage of residents,classify and place them in a reasonable design to improve the usability and utilization rate of the courtyard;In terms of indoor space in rural residential areas,optimization is carried out to meet the spiritual and living needs of residents while improving the comfort of the indoor environment.By adding sunshine rooms,the usability of the indoor space is enriched and energy consumption is reduced.The envelope mainly adopts ultra-low energy consumption renovation measures,selects suitable construction methods and insulation materials,improves the insulation performance of the envelope,and reduces energy consumption;Advocate the use of renewable energy,combine green heating methods to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce pollution.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of typical rural residential buildings is conducted based on research results.The energy consumption simulation results show that after the ultra-low energy consumption renovation design,the energy-saving rate of the rural residential building reaches 79%.By utilizing renewable energy and adopting solar photovoltaic systems,the annual comprehensive energy consumption of rural residential buildings for heating is further reduced,and the overall energy saving rate of rural residential buildings exceeds 83%,achieving the goal of ultra-low energy consumption renovation design.The research results provide certain reference value and ideas for the development of ultra-low energy consumption renovation of rural residential buildings in severe cold areas. |
