With the issuance of a series of policy documents,China's prefabricated building has entered a period of comprehensive development.Vigorously developing prefabricated building is the transformation and upgrading of traditional building mode,which is conducive to reducing environmental pollution,saving resources,improving the quality of building and shortening the construction period.However,from the current situation,the application of prefabricated building has not achieved the desired results,and the industrial chain of prefabricated building is not perfect enough.One of the major obstacles is the unreasonable distribution of interests among the cooperative enterprises in the prefabricated building industry chain.Therefore,this paper studies the benefit distribution of prefabricated building industry chain,which has important practical significance for the promotion and development of prefabricated building.Firstly,this paper elaborates on the necessity of constructing the prefabricated building industry chain and choosing the partners of the industry chain.Through the establishment of the evaluation index system of the selection in the prefabricated building industry partners,the selection model of the prefabricated building industry partners based on grey relational degree and the prefabricated building industry chain are constructed.Secondly,through consulting a large number of relevant literature,this paper analyzes and summarizes four important factors affecting the profit distribution of the prefabricated building industry chain,including contribution degree,risk size,effort degree and resource input degree,and establishes an influencing factor system of benefit distribution in the prefabricated building industry chain.Based on the four benefit distribution principles of rationality,contribution benefit symmetry,risk benefit symmetry and efficiency,three improvement factors,such as risk size,effort degree and resource input degree,are introduced to construct an improved profit pre-distribution model of prefabricated building industry chain based on Shapley value.Then,this paper analyzes in detail the influencing factors in the negotiation game process and the advantages of the Nash negotiation game solution.Combined with the characteristics of the prefabricated building industry chain,a reasonable and effective profit redistribution model of the prefabricated building industry chain is constructed.Finally,by constructing a prefabricated building industry chain containing the component parts enterprise,the engineering general contracting enterprise,and the professional subcontracting enterprise,the network questionnaire and reasonable hypothesis data are used to calculate the final benefit distribution value of each enterprise in the industrial chain.The calculation results verify the rationality and validity of the profit pre-distribution and redistribution model of the prefabricated building industry chain.The results show that this paper establishes a profit distribution model of prefabricated building industry chain based on cooperative game theory,which effectively solves the unreasonable problem of profit distribution in prefabricated building industry chain.This model theoretically enriches the theoretical research method of benefit distribution in the prefabricated building industry chain.In practical application,it can improve the cooperative enthusiasm among the cooperative enterprises of the prefabricated building industry chain,maintain the stability of the prefabricated building industry chain,and be conducive to the promotion and sustainable and healthy development of the prefabricated building.
