| In the process of urban modernization,the number of cars is increasing day by day,but the construction and development of matching parking facilities is unsatisfactory.The problems of aging parking equipment,backward parking management,and shortage of parking spaces finally caused urban parking problems and became more and more intensified.At the same time,the problem of unbalanced parking facilities due to the difference in parking attraction characteristics of different property sites exacerbates the phenomenon of "difficult parking spaces".Therefore,it is necessary to improve the imbalance between the shortage of parking spaces and the idle parking space resources by optimizing regional resources and promoting the sharing of urban parking resources.In order to improve the urban parking problem,the research aims to improve the utilization rate and turnover rate of existing parking spaces.Based on an in-depth analysis of various domestic and foreign measures to cope with parking problems and the status of research on shared parking,this paper combines the theory of shared parking and studies the application of shared parking theory.Based on the differences in parking conditions at home and abroad,The application of parking theory in China rethinks the definition,and evaluates the feasibility of its application to the cities in China in terms of theoretical conditions,policy conditions,and technical conditions.At the same time,statistics and analysis are made on the influencing factors of driver’s choice of parking behavior in shared parking mode,so as to obtain the behavior characteristics of drivers during the implementation of shared parking.On this basis,through in-depth research on the characteristics of driver’s parking behavior selection,the potential influencing factors of driver’s parking behavior selection under shared parking mode are obtained,and the internal correlation structure and its mechanism of influence factors are quantified and summarized.Optimized design principles and application strategies of urban shared parking spaces.Under the guidance of this design principle,the shared parking APP design practice is carried out and its effectiveness is verified.The innovation point of this paper is to study the influencing factors of driver’s behavior choice under the shared parking mode,analyze their mechanism and propose corresponding optimization design principles and application strategies,combined with the technology research and development of Internet products,design the shared parking suitable for our country.The model provides new ideas and methods for the development of urban shared parking spaces,and provides new references for the planning and design of smart cities in the future. |
