With the continuous improvement of social and economic level,China’s car ownership has increased year by year,and by the end of 2017,the national car ownership reached 310 million.According to the survey,most ordinary families will choose the "down payment + monthly supply" method of car purchase by stages.At present,the way of using credit card to purchase cars by stages gradually occupies most of the market of automobile consumption credit,and has formed the market pattern of three main stages,namely,automobile financial company,commercial bank and bank credit card center.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop a credit card based bank car purchase installment business system.At present,there are many problems in the business system of car purchase by stages in the bank,such as the lack of system functions and the lack of practicability.This design starts from the existing business process of car purchase by stages in the bank,uses the new technology of computer network to improve and optimize the process,and realizes the online approval of customer information,reduces the heavy work of paper application materials filing,and reduces customer information leakage Expose the risk and improve the management efficiency of car purchase business by stages.The innovation of this paper is to design and realize the online approval,adjustment audit and adjustment settlement of the car purchase installment business;integrate the core business of the car purchase installment business system of the bank,incorporate it into the unified management platform of the bank credit card,use the big data of the bank to manage the user information,and complete the credit audit.Based on the research status at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the development background and significance,expounds the technical scheme selection of the system in detail,makes demand analysis and detailed description of each functional module of the system,and completes the system design and database design.In the process of system development,based on B / S architecture,ASP.Net technology is used for development,and SQL Server 2012 database technology is applied in the background.After the completion of the development,a large number of tests are carried out on the function and performance of the system,including: login test,query function test,approval function test,login conflict test and security performance test.The test results show that the system can meet the use requirements of the business management of car purchase by stages,and the operation is stable.
