Integrated Improvement To Purchase,Sales And Inventory Management System Of H Renewables Group China Factory

Clean energy introduces our entire industry advancement.China renewable power generation installation increment takes half of yearly increment in 2013,wind energy exampled as world’s top in 2012(China Power Industry Almanac 2014)-20%of our territory abundant in wind(China Energy Almanac 2005/2006).By 2050,China expect 54% of generation installation from clean energies(China Electricity Almanac 2013).The thriving of clean energies require related companies to enhance their operations to realize customized and in-time provision in a time of market competition.This paper studies the problems and significance,ideas,methodologies and related theories,uses CPFR,VMI,ATO etc to improve the process of purchase,inventory and sales management,then finally adopts Excel MRP HUB and Amoeba Unit Time Accounting Tabel to enhance integration between each process.(1)For Purchase,per industry features,it suggests to use VMI for strategic or bottle-neck etc materials,to use PO and work order to control procurement and cost.(2)For Sales,it suggests to use CPFR to share forecast and faciliate coordination;also to connect PO with work order,linking sales with inventory control.(3)For inventory control,based on operation realities,it suggests to increase WIP levels to postpone manufacture/test for fast customization;also it suggests to use sales / work order for unit time accounting to control expense and cost.(4)Integration of purchase,sales and inventory system,along with the creation of Excel MRP HUB for quantity surveillancce,it creatively suggests to adopt Amoeba Unit Time Accounting Table combined with monthly bonus plan for cost control,thus enhancing coordination and synergic actions.After the integrated improvement to purchase,sales and inventory management from system level of H renewables group China factory,this paper aims to increase the self-initiative of each function,strengthening team collaboration and cost competitiveness,introducing some reference value to equally sized factories.
