In Changsha area,summer is severe hot,winter is cold and intolerable,and the weather conditions are bad.However,this area used to be a non heating area,and the residential design often did not consider energy-saving measures.In the context of rapid development of urban construction,a large number of non energy-saving residential buildings rose.Nowadays,these houses are generally faced with the problems of poor thermal performance,high energy consumption and poor indoor thermal environment.Therefore,in the new era,it is of great practical significance to carry out the low-energy transformation of the existing residential buildings in this area,so as to greatly reduce the energy consumption of the residential buildings and improve the indoor comfort.Therefore,this paper takes the existing residential buildings built in Changsha area from 1980 to 2005 as the research object,and studies the strategy of low energy consumption transformation of the enclosure structureFirst of all,through the investigation,we fully understand the current situation of the existing residential envelope and energy consumption.Based on the above analysis,the simultaneous interpreting of different heat transfer processes and the factors affecting indoor thermal environment of existing residential buildings are also presented.Secondly,with the help of internationally recognized energy simulation software,energy Plus,it analyzes the energy-saving contribution proportion of heating and air-conditioning system and enclosure structure when the existing housing reaches the low energy consumption level.On this basis,it simulates and analyzes the impact of different energy-saving measures taken by the enclosure structure on the energy consumption of the housing.It combines the thermal indicators of low energy consumption of the enclosure structure when different energy-saving measures are taken for the existing housing in Changsha area.Then,the existing energy-saving construction technology of each enclosure structure is screened and improved.Combined with the thermal indicators,the construction technology suitable for the existing residential enclosure structure to carry out low-energy transformation is obtained.Among them,the external walls mainly include: sunshade and heat insulation of the external walls,reflection and heatinsulation of the external walls,etc.;the roof mainly includes: Reflection and heat insulation roof,overhead heat insulation roof and composite heat insulation planting module roof,etc.;the external windows include: window adding transformation,window changing transformation,energy-saving window adding sunshade transformation,etc.Finally,the simulation verification of the thermal index and structural technology composition of the transformation strategy is carried out.The results show that the transformation strategy can achieve the energy saving effect of low energy consumption,effectively improve the indoor thermal environment,and has a certain feasibility,which has a certain reference significance for the research work of Changsha building energy saving transformation.
