| In recent years,the construction of smart power grid has promoted the rapid development of smart electricity meters,the communication function,storage function,stability and other aspects of intelligent electricity meters are becoming more and more demanding.Organisation Internationale de Metrologie Legale has developed a new technical document IR46 for active power meters.IR46 standard requires that the function of legal measurement and the software of management function of electricity meters should be separated,and the program upgrade of non-metering part should not affect the stable work of metering part.In this paper,according to the concept of IR46 standard,an intelligent double-core electricity meter is designed.By means of physical separation,two MCUS are adopted to separate the legal measurement function and management function of the electricity meter.Besides,the low-power bluetooth technology is applied to the smart electricity meter,which can establish concurrent data links with the 2 hosts and 3 slaves at the same time.The main content of the thesis is as follows.First,the research background and significance of the subject are introduced from the perspective of smart grid,the development status of smart meters at home and abroad is analyzed,and the multi-core and modularization of smart meters are a future development trend from multiple perspectives,And introduced the origin of the IR46 standard and the design requirements it represents.Secondly,combined with the concept of IR46 standard,the overall design of the system is proposed,Including the isolation of the metering function and the management function,the functional division of the metering core and the management core,the Bluetooth communication model and communication process,and the SPI communication method between the management core and the metering core.The hardware and software design of the system are elaborated: According to the functional requirements,the hardware of the system is divided into MCU control unit,sampling unit,power supply unit,communication unit,ESAM security unit,LCD display unit,data Circuits such as storage units describe the function and implementation of each unit circuit in the entire system in detail.In terms of software design,this paper introduces the software hierarchical model and the design of front and background system and task scheduling,focuses on the realization of communication protocol processing module,gives the definition of data structure,and clearly shows the realization process of some functions in the form of program block diagram.Finally,according to the relevant test standards of state grid,a large number of tests were conducted on the electricity meters,which were mainly divided into three aspects: accuracy test,performance test and function test.According to the experimental test data results,all aspects of the electricity meters meet the national standards and design requirements. |
