Study On The Design Of Rural Residential Buildings Under The Background Of Rural Complex

For the problems of traffic congestion,environmental deterioration and resource shortage caused by the rapid development of urbanization,the party and the state put forward the development mode of rural complex under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Rural homestay,as a supporting product of rural complex,can meet the needs of "farmers' home keeping employment" and "staying away from the land without leaving the countryside".However,in the background of rural complex,there are still many problems to be solved.The project is located in Changzhuang village,Queshan County,Zhumadian City,Henan Province.The local characteristic agriculture and natural scenery attract urban residents to visit all the year round.Leisure and cultural tourism has become a local upsurge.However,Changzhuang village lacks the support products of leisure and cultural tourism.Therefore,the author takes this as a breakthrough and focuses on the study of the industrial structure and spatial design strategy of the villagers' accommodation,and excavates the local area from the point to the area Natural resources and human resources.First of all,the duality of rural development in the emerging stage is put forward.According to this problem,with the help of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the upsurge of rural tourism,the exploration and development are carried out from the three levels of production,life and ecology,and the rural complex mode that adapts to the rural development is put forward,with the rural residential accommodation in the supporting products of the rural complex as the starting point,the design strategy is studied;secondly,This paper analyzes the concept of rural residential complex and rural residential complex and their coupling relationship,as well as the existing problems in the development of rural residential complex.According to the existing problems,it puts forward the concept of rural residential design,the overall strategy of "industrialization" of rural residential quarters and the management strategy of rural residential quarters.Finally,the design practice is settled in Changzhuang village,Henan Province,which is located in the rural area In the process of the development of the complex and the rural homestay,there are some problems,such as the disconnection of the spatial relationship between the industry and the homestay in the village,and the desalination of the rural experience characteristics.In view of the problems,under the background of the rural complex,the paper puts forward the concept of systematic construction and integration planning of the industrial model and the theme planning of "impression rural",systematically expounds the specific implementation plan from the external industry to the internal space,so as to promote the integration and development of the rural homestay and the relevant industries of the village under the rural complex.Focusing on the spatial construction of rural experience and the connection of rural industry,the transformation design of entity scheme is carried out,from the site selection of the homestay to the relationship between the homestay and the overall space of the village,from the experience of the village processing industry to the selection of indoor soft furnishings,as well as the combination of the rural homestay and the rural industry.The regional characteristics of the rural homestay and every link of the design of the homestay space are fully explored Jiedu is related to the rural industry.We should make good use of the ties of rural accommodation,promote the diversification of rural industry,and gradually achieve the goal of urban-rural integration and rural renaissance.
