The Industrial Design Of Hengyuan Prefabricated Block Wall Manufacturing Center

Against the background of the technological revolution and industrial transformation of "German Industrial Manufacturing 4.0" and "Made in China 2025",the traditional construction industry is actively seeking breakthroughs in transformation,developing towards industrialization,informatization and greening,so that the fabricated building has attracted widespread attention.Assembly architecture is a new concept of building application,and is a transformation of the traditional construction industry production mode.It takes the precast of the components as the core,and prefabricates the beams,columns,walls and other structures in the traditional buildings after prefabrication.After completion,it is taken to the construction site to assemble and form buildings.Compared with the traditional construction methods,fabricated buildings have the advantages of fast construction,convenient installation,and environmental protection,and so on,which conforms to the concept of sustainable development.It also achieves the objective requirements of China’s social and economic development and has great potential for development.The rapid development of prefabricated buildings has promoted the broad market of relevant prefabricated component forming equipment,and become the highland that the building materials industry is eager to occupy.In this context,processing equipment for prefabricated components of prefabricated buildings began to take off.However,with the continuous development of technology and manufacturing technology,consumers are no longer satisfied with products that only pursue functions but have no aesthetic feeling.Consumers are no longer part satisfied with products that only pursue functions but have no aesthetic feelings.In the fierce market economy,the enterprise and universities cooperate with each other in order to gain market share and consumer recognition.We are kind of hoping with the help of industrial design,we will introduce the first generation of industrial equipment products,establish brand image and seize the market opportunities.This paper is based on the appearance design and control interface design of Hengyuan Fabricated Block Wall Manufacturing Center,summarizes and analyzes the development status and trend of the fabricated building industry both at home and abroad,and completes the market research and analysis of the related products and control interface of the fabricated block wall manufacturing center.This paperprovides direct guidance for the implementation of the project.This paper,from the perspective of industrial design,has improved the research on the precast component equipment in the domestic assembly to a certain extent,hoping to provide a new direction for the industrial design of automation and intelligent assembly equipment.
