With the rapid development of civil aviation in our country,the provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)are early movers,expand the scale of the airport,the relocation and new airport expansion,the number increased,but,on the back of the crazy development,operational efficiency problems associated with.At present,the existing infrastructure in China is not fully utilized,and the management level is relatively backward,and most large airports are inefficient.Therefore,it is very important to study the operation efficiency of local airports in China,and it has practical significance to improve the operation efficiency of local airports in China.Based on the previous studies on airport efficiency,this paper selects the three-stage DEA method to analyze the efficiency value.In the first stage,there is no difference between DEA method in the traditional sense.Three groups of data,namely the input of special fund,the area of terminal and the number of employees,are selected as input indicators,and the three groups of data,namely passenger throughput,aircraft take-off and landing,and cargo throughput,are selected as output indicators.In the first stage,considering the impact of environmental variables and random errors on sample data,this paper adopted SFA parameter model for regression analysis in the second stage of the model,with the purpose of eliminating the interference of environmental factors and random errors on input variables.Through the analysis of previous studies on the environmental variables selected in the operation efficiency of civil aviation airports,the three environmental factors selected in the second stage are the per capita regional GDP,urban population proportion and the number of overnight tourists in each place in 2016.Through the SFA regression calculation in the second stage,the improved input value was obtained and the calculation in the third stage was carried out.Finally,the results obtained in the firstand third stages are compared and analyzed.According to the t-value significance of the regression analysis,it is obvious that the efficiency value changes greatly when the environment variables are introduced to make each decision making unit be at the same level.It shows that the number of overnight tourists entering the country,the proportion of urban population and per capita GDP have a significant impact on the results,which also explains the rationality of the consideration of environmental variables from the side.Ignoring this indicator will easily lead to false results,making the analysis inaccurate.This paper studies the efficiency value through the three-stage DEA method,which has certain reference significance for the future airport operation and management process of each province(autonomous region,municipality directly under the central government)in China.
