Study On The Renovation Of The Living Space Of The Existing Residential Kitchen Based On The Behavior Of The Elderly

The residential building,which was built since the 191980 s to 2000 years ago,has been unable to meet a large number of old and old-age residents over time,and as an essential kitchen space for the elderly,the decline of its spatial quality can seriously affect the quality of life of the elderly.After a large number of questionnaire investigation and household survey,this paper selects the empty-nest family with the largest proportion in the old-age family,the elderly nuclear family and the old age-generation family as the typical old-age family type.On the basis of the investigation,it is concluded that the type of common kitchen behavior of the aged and the requirements of the quality of the space function and the physical and environmental quality of the typical kitchen behavior of the elderly are summarized.according to the demands of the old people,the typical kitchen behavior of the middle-aged and the elderly in the typical family is monitored,the data of the physical environment in the winter and summer is collected,the subjective evaluation of the kitchen space of the old people is combined,and the kitchen space of the middle-aged and old people with different family types is analyzed The need for quality and the existing problems in the kitchen space.Based on this,the general demand of the food and kitchen space of the aged and the existing problems in the present situation of the kitchen space of the existing house are summarized.Through comprehensive analysis and research,it is found that the main factors affecting the improvement of livable transformation of existing residential kitchen space are family type,physical condition of the elderly,main structure type of building,form of building component and so on.Combined with the existing limiting factors,in the aspect of space function quality,this paper focuses on the functional layout,streamline organization and space utilization ratio in kitchen space.The strategy and method of livable transformation of kitchen space function quality are put forward from the aspects of furniture style and aging design.In the aspect of physical environment quality,this paper puts forward the strategy of livable transformation of physical environment quality of kitchen space from four aspects: improving heat and humidity environment,light environment,wind environment and sound environment comfort.And methods.The general principle of the improvement of the living space of the existing residential kitchen is summarized.It is hoped to provide a certain reference for the improvement and design of the existing residential kitchen space,which is based on the living of the elderly.
