Indoor Space Environment Of Apartment For The Elderly Design Research

The aging problem of society is becoming more and more serious.The pace of the construction of pension facilities and real estate in China is rapid.There are structural contradictions in the nursing institutions for the elderly who need nursing care because of the increasing loss of customers for self-care elderly and the increase of empty beds.The insufficient capacity of nursing institutions for the elderly is mainly due to the fact that the space design and function Settings cannot meet the needs of the elderly with nursing needs,or the low nursing quality and nursing and operation efficiency.In the future,the increasing elderly population in China will put forward a higher demand for nursing services in elderly care facilities.So to elderly apartment as the main research object,this paper discusses how to transform the self-care type senile apartment through the design meet the demands of nursing quality and nursing efficiency become the mobility of elderly apartment,the author through to the dielectric helpage activity needs and the needs of maintenance personnel research analysis of its regional layout,use a line in the space,public space,such as bedroom,nursing auxiliary space demand differences corresponding design key points are put forward.First of all,through exploring the physical function characteristics and behavioral changes of the elderly facilitators,the change of the elderly facilitators’ demand for the space environment of the elderly apartment,the nursing demand and the space environment demand under the change of the nursing demand are analyzed.Second,the region of space arrangement and the division of nursing unit interface helpage maintenance and adaptability,reasonable organization move line improve the efficiency of nursing,the functional space to address demand change management and improve the quality of nursing and space,so as to adapt to change the way of care,elderly apartment building to adapt to the healthy development of the medium helpage people interior space environment.Finally,the author applied the theory and strategy research to the design practice to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.It provides useful guidance for the research on the reconstruction and design of assisted elderly apartment in the future.
