The EPC model is a popular contracting model internationally.It has significant advantages in shortening project cycles,reducing project costs,and reducing process disputes.It has also gradually entered the domestic construction market in recent years.Many Chinese enterprises with EPC general contract qualifications are transformed from designing institutes,and are still lacking in integrated management experiences in design,procurement,and construction,especially in terms of project quality management.Irrigation area project is an important part of water conservancy project,with many scattered construct points,long construct extent and wide contruct range.The EPC model adopted by the C Reservoir Irrigation Project currently has serious quality problems exposed by the project,which has prevented the project from being completed as planned.In this study,the C reservoir irrigation area project is selected as the research object.Under the premise of actual project needs,the Grounded Theory is used to construct the C irrigation area project quality influencing factors model under the EPC model,continuing utilizing AHP,DEMATEL and AHP-DEMATEL to analyze greater weights of influencing factors,so as to put forward targeted quality improvement suggestions,and increase the important reference value for the future "Water Diversion of Yunnan Province" project.Firstly,the author conducted an qualitative study on the factors affecting the quality of the C reservoir irrigation area project under the EPC model through interviews with the management personnel of the K Design Institute who carried out project management on behalf of the owner in the C reservoir irrigation area project,and combined with the actual situation,98 initial concepts are formed to 20 initial categories,and finally four main categories of "personal factors,technical factors,organizational factors and environmental factors" were summarized.Secondly,the AHP method is used to score the weight of each influencing factor through experts scoring;the DEMATEL method is used to analyze the internal relationship of each factor to obtain the cause and centrality and the influencing weights;the AHP-DEMATEL comprehensive model is used to calculate and rank the comprehensive weights,obtaining 7 important factors: integrity,design depth,work experience,effort level,acceptance management,quality specification and subcontracting ability.Thirdly,in response to seven important factors,countermeasures and suggestions for improving the construction quality of the C reservoir irrigation area project are proposed.
