Research On Technology Management Mode Of Construction Enterprise

The technology management model of construction enterprise is not very sound at present,technology and management level is relatively low,not yet industrialized popularization,there is a big gap with the needs of construction market.Therefore,the technical management model of construction enterprises needs to be constantly innovated,and the reform and management mechanism is conducive to the improvement of the technical management level of construction enterprises.In this paper,first of all,the traditional and current technical management mode of construction companies in theoretical analysis,through the analysis of the two stage the difference of technology management,reflect the technical management level in the current phase of substantial progress,but there are still some existing technology management mode is insufficient,still need to further strengthen;Then impact on the construction of engineering quality,safety,progress of seasonal construction from the Angle of the construction enterprise technology management mode are analyzed,summarized a set of effective site management measures;Management mode of the construction enterprise technology and through the above analysis,put forward the corresponding technical innovation management model,Finally,the PDCA cycle model is applied to the construction enterprise technical management system to meet its goals and requirements.Technological innovation is the management mode that the construction enterprise tries to explore in practice,applying the new technology management mode,and the construction enterprise will improve greatly from project management to image promotion.Application in this paper,from the "four new" technology,cloud BIM technology,management informatization technology and so on three aspects analyzed the construction management model of enterprise technology innovation,and through the PDCA cycle model method is applied to the construction enterprise technology management system of the empirical study proves that the construction enterprises in the process of project technology application promotion there has been a benefit.The technical management mode of coinstruction enterprises is constantly innovating,fonning a set of management mode that promotes the technical management of the construction site,which is the main purpose of our research and analysis.Through a series of scientific and reasonable technical management measures,not only can optimize construction schedule,construction process,construction cost,thus also improve the overall quality of the construction engineering construction,bring infinite vitality and development.
