| The reinforcement model based on BIM technology can be used for construction guidance,direct reinforcement quantity take-off,collision checking,automatic processing,optimized blanking and paperless delivery,etc.It can effectively solve the shortcomings of using the flat construction drawing and the simple three-dimensional model to represent the reinforcement information.The current mode of applying BIM technology in structural design is that structural designers use the professional structural design software such as YJK to generate the reinforcement information firstly and then use BIM software such as Revit to re-establish the reinforcement model according to the results of the structural design software.The mode of manual re-modeling is time consuming and error-prone.The current research mainly focusing on secondary development for the reinforcement information sharing between different software is not universal.The intermediate mechanism and core algorithm of mainstream BIM software is not clear which can not be used for reference by the domestic theoretical research and software development.The biggest problem encountered in the application of BIM technology in reinforcement engineering now is the lack of efficient and fast method to create models based on IFC standard that can be used by various BIM software.Therefore,this paper proposes to generate the corresponding parameterized reinforcement model based on IFC standard directly based on the results generated by the structural design software.This paper studies the automatic generation of parameterized reinforcement model based on IFC standard of simply supported beam based on the parameters in intermediate data file.The research includes the definition of the intermediate data file of the reinforcement information in simply supported beam and the calculation of the parameters in the intermediate data file.This paper analyzes how to express the information of the reinforcement model in the IFC standard.The core algorithm for the automatic generation of the geometric information of the parameterized longitudinal reinforcement and stirrups model based on IFC standard is the key point.The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by the generation of a simply supported beam with longitudinal reinforcement and stirrups model based on IFC standard.The technical path of this study does not require designers to re-model in professional BIM software and is more general than secondary development method.In this study,the automatic generation algorithm of parameterized reinforcement model based on IFC standard for a simply supported beam is proposed in China for the first time,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research on generation of more complex reinforcement model based on IFC standard in the continuous beam,column,wall and plate. |
