Research On Automatic Generation Of Project Schedule Model Based On BIM

In recent years, with the continuous development of society and the progress ofscience and technology, as the pillar industry of national economy, building industryhas also been changed a lot, for example, the basic construction scale, scientific andtechnological content of the project, and technical difficulties increase year by year,project structures are more diversified and complicated, all the characteristics ofproject management are more and more obvious, and makes the traditional methodof construction project information management become less applicable to China’sbuilding industry development situation, the traditional project managementmethods of the building industry need to be change. BIM is put forward to meet thenew requirements of the development of building industry’s informatization. As aShared knowledge resource, BIM contains all the physical and functionalcharacteristics of the whole life cycle for a construction project and expresses in theform of digital. The emergence of BIM provides a new thinking method for thedevelopment of project management theory and technology.With the rapid development of BIM theory, the study of various applicationsbased on BIM becomes the focus of construction informatization research. As theearly work of automatic generation of project scheduling based on BIM model, thisstudy plans to apply the BIM technology to prepare the construction projectschedule, analyzes the basic work process of the model and at last provides afeasible solution for the realization of each function module of the model. Thefollowing work is mainly done:First of all, through the analysis of the traditional schedule planning process,three stages can be divided, by analyzing the existing problems of each stage, theproblems that exist in the traditional process planning process can be identified;Secondly, this paper discusses the feasibility of automatic generation of projectscheduling based on BIM model in theory, and points out that the development ofBIM theory and information technology provides a theoretical possibility to themodel’s implementation; Thirdly, by analyzing functional requirements and designideas of the model, the thinking of building the model is put forward and the detaileddesign of the model is carried on; Finally, specific case is analyzed in this study, andthe operation process of the model is explained in detail. At the same time, theoperation result is also analyzed for the further optimization of the model.
