As a strategic industry for China’s development,civil aviation plays an important role in the national economy.At the same time,the development of civil aviation is of great significance for promoting people’s livelihood and communicating domestic and international economy.In recent years,with the continuous development of economy and the continuous improvement of national consumption level,the demand for aviation service industry is also increasing day by day.Among them,the quality of aviation service personnel directly affects the overall level of aviation service industry.As a school with aviation service training qualification in Gansu province,X school has an unshirkable responsibility to cultivate high-quality talents in line with national development and the development of civil aviation industry.In recent years,X school in Gansu province for civil aviation has turned out some high quality personnel,but with the continuous development of economy and industry,the existing curriculum and training plan cannot completely meet the needs of industry,in order to guarantee the students’ employment problem,satisfy the requirement of the aviation industry to the employees a higher quality,to the Gansu province X aviation services professional courses to improve the school.This paper follows the research idea of finding,analyzing and solving problems.Firstly expounds the vocational school,aviation services professional,curriculum and other related theory,combined with years of teaching experience,the author use questionnaire,interview method and other methods for aviation service curriculum present situation of X school in Gansu province was analyzed,and according to the actual situation of the current school put forward including comprehensive ability enhancement courses,professional courses is not perfect,courses practice is less,cultural basic course class time is longer,professional curriculum content and inadequate training and other hardware conditions and problems.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the curriculum setting of aviation service major in X school of Gansu province,mainly including Suggestions on promoting the integration of training objectives and curriculum setting,Suggestions on adjusting curriculum structure,Suggestions on the assignment of practical courses and Suggestions on improving curriculum content.
