The shaft tower is an important tower structure in coal mines,reinforced concrete structure is widely used in China,the research of steel structure shaft tower is in the blank.The concrete structure shaft tower is heavy and occupies the well head for a long time,which increases the construction cost.Therefore,this paper proposes to replace the traditional concrete structure with fabricated steel structure to construct the tower.The main research was divided into the following aspects:Firstly,develop from nothing,steel tower needs conceptual analysis.In this paper,the data of well tower are collected and the geometric size and structural characteristics of well tower are analyzed.The key factors of type selection of steel structure well tower are summarized,and the evaluation index of type selection is formulated.Conceptual comparison of common steel structure systems.The results show that the frame support system and the mega-frame system are more in line with the tattle point.Secondly,based on the above conceptual analysis,the mega frame system,frame support system,combined shear wall system and mega support system are selected for structural analysis.The four systems were arranged according to the process requirements,and the finite element analysis software was used to establish a model to analyze the feasibility of the structure and analyze the mechanical performance of the four structures under normal work load and accident load.The following conclusions are drawn by comparing the performance of each architecture: In terms of lateral stiffness,the maximum lateral stiffness of the four structural systems is the mega support structure,followed by the mega frame structure,and the minimum is the frame support structure and combined shear wall structure;In terms of vertical load bearing,mega frame structure has the best mechanical performance,and frame support,combined shear wall and mega support have the same mechanical performance.According to the vertical stress characteristics of the tower,it is concluded that the mega-frame structure system is more suitable for the prefabrication of the tower.Finally,the vibration analysis of hoisting beam in hoisting system is carried out.Analysis of Vibration Response Law of Lifting Beam under Single and Double Excitation from Vibration Source.The influence of chord section height,width and floor thickness on the vibration response of hoisting girder is analyzed by changing the parameters of chord section height,width and floor thickness.The results show that the vibration response under double excitation is mainly provided by the vibration of friction wheel,and the response of motor is very small.The change of chord section height has great influence on vibration response,the change of chord section width has little effect on vibration response,and the change of floor thickness has little effect on vibration response.
