As a green building with low carbon and environmental protection,low-rise steel structure residence is in line with the concept of sustainable development in China and the requirements for the development of energy saving and new type of residential building,helping the construction of beautiful and characteristic towns in China.Because of the more structural forms of the low-rise steel structure and the complex material types of the floor system and the enclosure system,this paper aims to establish a comprehensive evaluation model suitable for the selection of residence system for low-rise steel structures,which can be used as a reference for the design of low-rise steel structure residence.The main work and research results include:(1)On the basis of systematic research on the application of low-rise steel structure residence at home and abroad,the structure selection of the low-rise steel structure and the technical performance of the floor and enclosure system are analyzed in detail.Then,through a specific project example,three kinds of residential systems are established: cold-formed thin-walled steel structure system,steel frame wallboard structure system and steel frame masonry filling structure system.The construction cost and economy of the three residence systems are analyzed.It is found that the economy of the steel frame masonry filling structure system is the best.(2)From the macro perspective,a comprehensive evaluation of the type selection of low-rise steel structure residence system is carried out,and a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed,which includes four first grade indexes of economy,technology,environment and social benefit and thirteen two grade indexes,and a comprehensive analysis of the low-rise steel structure residence system is carried out.(3)According to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each index,the grey correlation degree analysis method is used to determine the judgment matrix of each evaluation index,and a grey comprehensive evaluationmodel for the selection of low-rise steel structure residence system is constructed.Using this model to analyze a specific project,it is found that the cold-formed thin-walled steel structure system is the most preferred type,which is consistent with the policy of advancing the assembly architecture,improving the mechanization degree and reducing the wet work volume in the field.From the side,it shows that the comprehensive evaluation model established in this paper is scientific.The comprehensive evaluation index system constructed in this paper is comprehensive and has a certain reference value for similar projects.The grey comprehensive evaluation model established in this paper provides a feasible method for the selection and evaluation of different low-rise steel structure residential system.
