Whole process control of electric power project considers construction procedures,management features and the contents of each phase of the electric power project,and is a comprehensive management in the prophase,construction period and operation period.The core idea is to combine the operation period of the electric power project with the prophase and construction period of the project,and to consider all the cost of the prophase,the construction period and the operation period.For an electric power project,the demand of materials is as many as thousands,meanwhile,it is a key factor that restricts the progress of the project.This requires the timeliness of power supply,the completeness of material reserves,etc.In this paper,the whole process control of material supply management in electric power project is studied theoretically,and to some extent,the evaluation index system of the whole process control of material supply plan management is improved.By the comprehensive evaluation of the whole process control of the materials supply plan management of a concrete electric power project,it has strong practical significance in improving the material supply plan management level and the core competitive ability.This paper first introduces the background,purpose and significance of this paper.Secondly,this paper expounds the relevant theories of the whole process control of material supply plan management in electric power project.Then,the present situation and existing problems of the whole process control of material supply plan management of SD electric power project are introduced.Next,this paper analyzes and studies the material supply process of the whole process control of SD electric power project,and uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the method of technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)to find out the important nodes in the process of material supply.Referring to the relevant literature and the characteristics of SD electric power project,a scientific,comprehensive and systematic evaluation index system for the whole process control of material supply management is constructed.Intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the SD electric power project from the aspects of material supply planning,information reporting,supply plan adjustment,established statistical data and quality complaints submission.Finally,the research results and conclusions are summarized.Because of the comprehensive evaluation of the material supply plan management,it has a certain degree of ambiguity and inaccuracy,and cannot be clearly given quantifiable evaluation indicators.Therefore,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets is in accord with the comprehensive evaluation of the whole process control of material supply plan management in electric power project,and can overcome the shortcomings of ambiguity.It is also proved in this paper that the index system and the evaluation method are scientific and reasonable.
