In recent years,China’s demand for construction of major engineering projects has become stronger and stronger,and the construction complexity,construction cycle and construction scale of projects have also been continuously improved.This further deepens the technical difficulty of the project construction unit and puts forward higher requirements for the capacity of the project construction unit.The construction unit usually works based on the organization of the project team,and members of the project need to work closely to complete the project tasks.However,due to the heterogeneity of members and the impact of changes in project benefits,the cooperative behavior of project members often exhibits diversity characteristics.Therefore,in the complex and dynamic environment of the project team,how to promote project members to work hard to improve the cooperation performance of the project team and enhance the working ability of the project team has become an urgent problem for engineering project research.The computational experimental methods of the social sciences have unique advantages in studying complex problems and have been clearly reflected in many practical studies.Based on this,this paper uses computational experimental methods to study the evolutionary trend of teamwork performance in engineering projects.The purpose is to explore the evolutionary law of project teamwork performance and clarify the internal mechanism of project teamwork.First,the characteristics and influencing factors of project team cooperation are analyzed,and the complexity of project team cooperation is analyzed systematically.Based on this,the subject attributes,behavior rules and learning strategies of project members and project managers are designed,and a computational experiment model for engineering project team cooperation is constructed.Finally,the Repast experimental tool is used to explore the impact of different team capability attributes and revenue distribution methods on the performance of project team cooperation,and to analyze the changes in project members,project managers,and project team benefits.The experimental results provide some theoretical suggestions and strategic references for the management of engineering project teams,the following research conclusions are obtained.(1)When managing a project team,the project manager should pay attention to let members with high interdependence establish strong cooperative relationships and improve the efficiency of cooperation among members;project members should pay attention to maintaining good cooperative relationships with each other.Improve mutual familiarity and increase the efficiency of cooperation.(2)When managing a project team,the project manager should strive to eliminate obstacles and barriers to cooperation between members of the project team,reduce members’ cost consumption during the cooperation process,and actively organize skills training between members to improve member technology Competence;for project team members,efforts should be made to improve personal skills and reduce cooperation costs in order to increase personal income and increase team output.(3)When managing the project team,when the task attributes of the project team have high requirements for cooperation between members,the project manager should encourage project members to focus their efforts on cooperation between members.When the task attributes of the project are not When close cooperation between members is required,members should focus on doing their own job.For project members,they should reasonably allocate their production efforts and cooperation efforts according to different types of project cooperation to improve their own resource utilization efficiency.(4)In a project team based on team performance allocation,the project manager should have a positive effect on the total output of the team when raising the member ’s base salary and profit sharing coefficient when formulating the member ’s allocation strategy;low base salary,To a certain extent,the combination of profit strategy of high profit sharing can achieve a win-win situation for the project manager and project members.(5)For the project manager,when the team member’s base salary is high,the team member’s profit sharing should adopt a dynamic distribution model;when the team member’s base salary is low,the team member’s profit sharing should adopt a static distribution model mode.When the project manager adopts the dynamic allocation model,it should set a high initial profit sharing coefficient,so as to dynamically adjust the project team’s income on the basis of maintaining the cooperation enthusiasm of the members.(6)In the project team,cooperation performance based on team performance allocation is higher than cooperation performance based on individual performance allocation.In the case where the project team has adopted the allocation based on individual performance,properly increasing the personal income of members also helps to maintain the overall performance of the project team.
