Under the traditional management mode of engineering projects,project participants are independent of each other,with asymmetric information exchange and poor sharing,resulting in increased project changes,slow construction progress and cost overruns.How to integrate project participants into a highly integrated project team while ensuring project quality,so as to reduce errors,improve construction efficiency,reduce costs and jointly realize the value of the project is a hot topic in the construction industry.With the gradual maturity of BIM technology,the IPD model with BIM as the technical support can promote the main participants to get involved in the early stage of the project,form a collaborative project team,and coordinate decision-making,open communication and information sharing throughout the project,working together to maximize the value of the project.To a certain extent,it solves the problems in the current construction industry.However,IPD model is still in the conceptual stage in China,and most of the research on the application value of the IPD collaboration model based on BIM in China is qualitative analysis,lacking quantitative and empirical research,which has affected the development of the model in China.Therefore,this paper studies the IPD collaborative model based on BIM,to explore the influence on project team performance in China,from the perspective of project team performance to quantitative analysis and clarify the application value of this model in China.On this basis,the factors affecting the application of the model in China are analyzed in order to improve the performance of the project team by promoting and application of bim-based IPD collaborative model.Firstly,determine the research variables and the relationship between the variables.Use the literature analysis method to sort out the domestic and foreign research status of the collaborative application of the BIM and IPD model,and identify the factors that affect the application of the collaborative model,according to Delphi method,15 influencing factors in 4 dimensions of personnel,technology,organizational management and application environment were determined,and use it as an application element and measurement index of the collaborative mode.At the same time,the project team performance measurement index system was established from two dimensions of task performance and peripheral performance by referring to the domestic and foreign research on project team performance.At the same time,according to relevant research,proposing relationship hypothesis between the application of BIM-based IPD collaborative model and the project team performance,and build a theoretical model.Secondly,conduct questionnaire design and research.This paper obtains the data of model test by questionnaire survey,compiling and revising questionnaire scale before the formal survey,in order to ensure the scientific rationality and practical operation of the questionnaire,a small sample test was conducted after compiling and revising the questionnaire scale to form a formal questionnaire,and then,analyzing the reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire to ensure the sample data required for the empirical research meets the requirements of the model test and analysis.Finally,model inspection and analysis.Use the structural equation model analysis software AMOS24.0 to fit the survey data to the theoretical model,the test results show that the application of bim-based IPD collaborative mode has a significant direct positive impact on the performance of the project team,that is,the successful application of the collaborative mode can promote the improvement of the project team performance,the results illustrate the rationality of hypothesis relation and theoretical model.Based on this result,analyzeing the influencing factors of the collaborative model application in China and proposing impact analysis to improve project team performance.
