As we all know,the competition among enterprises is reflected in the strength of human resources to a certain extent.The competition among enterprises is in the final analysis the competition of human intelligence,that is,the competition of human comprehensive quality and the level of human resources development and management.Performance appraisal is an important part of enterprise management.Rational and appropriate performance appraisal methods play an important role in promoting the healthy and stable development of the organization.From an organizational point of view,increasing work engagement can make employees more dedicated to work,improve work efficiency,make work more meaningful,reduce interpersonal conflicts,and thus improve the overall effectiveness of the organization;from a personal point of view,work activities occupy a person's most of the time,people may be happy to invest Work may also alienate emotions from their work.Therefore,the performance evaluation system greatly affects a person's devotion to work.As an important indicator of human resource utility,employee job involvement is closely related to the promotion of organizational performance and the rapid development of enterprises.The three Mao railway was built between 1958 and 1961 and 1977 to 1991.The SanShui Railway Station diverge from the Guangzhou third line,via Zhaoqing,Xinxing,Yangchun and electric white to Maoming city.It is a main artery connecting the Pearl River Delta and western Guangdong.The business mileage of Guangdong Sanmao Railway Co.,Ltd.is 357 kilometers,with nearly 6850 employees.The proportion of middle-level and above managers is more than 30% of the total.The work of middle-level and above managers involves different fields such as railway service,locomotive service,power supply,engineering,telecommunications and vehicles,involving many kinds of work,a wide range of work and work.The industry is complex.In the face of the frontline of transportation production organization,the managers work concretely and shoulder heavy responsibilities.Today,with the business growing day by day,the human resources management of the enterprise is gradually difficult to play a good role.Especially in the performance appraisal of personnel,there are many problems such as inconsistent appraisal standards,unfair and objective appraisal,and performance appraisal.Price system is badly in need of optimization and improvement.Based on this,this paper studies the performance appraisal system of middle-level managers in Guangdong Sanmao Railway Co.,Ltd.After explaining the concepts and analyzing the related theories,this paper investigates the performance appraisal of middle-level managers in Guangdong Sanmao Railway Co.,Ltd.and summarizes the middle-level managers in the company.There are some problems in the performance appraisal.Finally,the paper improves the performance appraisal system of the middle-level managers in Guangdong Sanmao Railway Co.,Ltd.and puts forward the safeguard measures from three aspects: organizational and institutional guarantee,improving the efficiency of the performance appraisal system,and implementing the scientific landing of the performance appraisal system and indicators.
