Nowadays,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to realize strategic goals quickly,more and more enterprises choose to improve their core competitiveness through performance management.Therefore,human resource management,especially performance management,is the top priority of enterprises.As the middle managers who play the role of top to bottom,they are the mainstay in the daily operation management of enterprises.Therefore,the performance of middle managers is also directly related to the operation objectives of enterprises.Therefore,more and more enterprises pay special attention to the performance management of middle managers.It is an important part of enterprise performance management that enterprises should conduct effective performance management and mobilize their work initiative and creativity.H company is a professional asphalt,concrete production and construction enterprises,business radiation Xuzhou city and six counties area,in the local market accounts for about60%.In recent years,H Company is in the period of business expansion and enterprise management upgrading,and the core force influencing the transformation of H Company is its middle management personnel.How to effectively play the role of middle management personnel is crucial for H company.Performance management system is an important management tool for enterprises to motivate employees.This paper lists the middle managers of H company as the research object,uses relevant knowledge of business management,combined with questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods,and focuses on investigating and analyzing the current situation of the performance management of H company middle managers,and finding the performance of H company that exists the following problems under the implementation process of the management system: lack of systematic and scientific performance management,the established evaluation indicators are not objective and reasonable,the lack of guidance and feedback in performance management,and the application of one-side evaluation results.On the basis of combining the theoretical knowledge of performance management,the comparison of tools,and the development process,the role and significance of performance management are further clarified;and a series of problems existing in the performance management system of H company are analyzed and optimized for middle managers.It puts forward the content of the optimization research of the performance management system of H company middle managers,and puts forward effective measures,so that the middle managers of H company can effectively implement and execute the performance management plan.In this paper,the performance management system of middle managers of H Company is optimized to play its role in the daily operation and management process of H company,so as to stimulate middle managers to continuously achieve performance,improve work initiative,promote and improve the overall performance of the company,and promote the sustainable competitiveness of H Company in the market.
