With the needs of Hainan’s national strategic development,construction companies from all over the country gradually enter Hainan’s construction market.The competition in Hainan’s construction market is becoming increasingly fierce.The relatively scarce high-quality business backbone and middle-level managers in construction companies are becoming increasingly critical.With the change of internal and external environment,a large number of middle-level managers of JX company have lost,which has had a lot of negative effects on the normal production and operation management of the company.Therefore,the establishment of a fair and reasonable performance appraisal system for middle managers has become an urgent strategic demand of JX company.This paper mainly uses the relevant theories and methods of performance appraisal at home and abroad,and follows the classic idea of "raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems".Firstly,it defines and analyzes the middle-level managers of JX company,analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal system of middle-level managers of JX company from three aspects of performance appraisal methods,indicators and implementation,and carries out the JX company with the help of questionnaire survey and interview survey Based on the relevant research on the performance appraisal of middle-level managers in JX company,this paper finds out the disadvantages and shortcomings of the performance appraisal of middle-level managers in JX company,and analyzes the root causes.Then,with the help of KPI performance appraisal method,balanced scorecard method and analytic hierarchy process and other classic methods,this paper expounds the improvement design scheme of performance appraisal system of middle-level managers in JX company from three aspects: improving the performance appraisal method of middle-level managers,improving the performance appraisal index of middle-level managers in JX company and strengthening the implementation of performance appraisal of middle-level managers in JX company,and makes a comprehensive comparison analysis of the performance appraisal system after the improvement of the design effect.Finally,in order to put the improvement scheme of performance appraisal system for middle-level managers in JX company into practical application quickly,the guarantee measures are constructed from five aspects: publicity and training,organization and system guarantee,information technology guarantee,enterprise culture and improving the management’s attention to performance appraisal.Firstly,this paper can reduce the unfair phenomenon in the performance appraisal of middle-level managers in JX company,and encourage the enthusiasm and innovation of middle-level managers in JX company.Secondly,the research on the performance appraisal of middle-level managers in JX company can be extended to other groups of JX company,which is conducive to creating a positive organizational atmosphere for JX company The promotion of human resource management has positive significance;finally,it has a certain reference for similar construction companies to develop the performance appraisal system of middle-level managers.
