| Enterprise development is affected by political,economic,social and technological environment and faces great challenges.Human resource is the first resource for enterprise development,is a solid foundation for enterprises to face these challenges.Through performance management,enterprises give play to the role of people,meet individual needs,realize the collaborative development of people and enterprises,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes HB Company as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal system for middle managers,and explores the optimization scheme of the performance appraisal system,so as to improve the performance level and satisfaction of middle managers in HB company.Firstly,the research background and significance of the paper are expounded,the research status of performance appraisal at home and abroad is summarized,the research innovation points of the paper are defined,and the research content and research methods of the paper are preliminarily described.Secondly,it summarizes the basic concepts and theories related to the paper,providing a theoretical basis for the following research.Thirdly,it elaborated the current situation of the performance appraisal system of middle managers in HB Company,and conducted a deeper analysis through questionnaire survey to find out the existing problems and analyze the detailed reasons for their formation.Then,based on the balanced scorecard theory,the performance appraisal system is optimized to establish a sustainable performance appraisal scheme.Finally,focusing on the optimization plan of HB company’s performance appraisal,practical and feasible concrete guarantee measures are put forward to promote the smooth realization of the enterprise’s strategic goals.Through the research of this paper,the enthusiasm,responsibility and work efficiency of middle managers in HB company can be improved.At the same time,it can help the company achieve high performance goals and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.It can also provide certain references for the human resource management of enterprises in the same industry and of the same type. |
