With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of living standard,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,and the world is facing the depletion of fossil energy.People have begun to pay attention to environmental governance and the usage of renewable energy.In this situation,the promotion of clean and environmentally friendly new energy consumption and the development of electric vehicles have become main methods for solving environmental problems and realizing electric energy replacement in the future.At the same time,the reform of the power system is also continuously promoted,and power demand response technology has gradually become an important method to promote the consumption of new energy and guide users to participate in load regulation.This paper mainly combines the research of photovoltaic energy dissipation and electric vehicle charging load characteristics.The main research contents are as follows:First,this paper analyzes the charging demand of electric vehicles and large-scale electric vehicles,studies the photovoltaic output and dissipation,combines electric vehicles and distributed photovoltaic energy,and proposes a new type of electric vehicle charging mechanism based on scrolling-priced menu with the background of electric vehicle photovoltaic charging stations in the park,which consumes photovoltaic energy as much as possible,reduces the disadvantages of large-scale electric vehicle online charging to the safe operation of the power grid,increases the utilization rate of photovoltaics,and meets users’ charging needs.The results show that the new charging mechanism is reasonable and effective,which promotes photovoltaic consumption,and can guide users to increase the charging standing time to better participate in load regulation,increase user-operator interaction,and provide users with more comfortable price selection.In addition,combined with the user’s own benefits,the collaborative scheduling of electric vehicles and photovoltaic energy is studied,and an orderly charging strategy for electric vehicles for photovoltaic consumption is established.The goal is to maximize photovoltaic consumption and the user’s own benefits.Though particle swarm optimization algorithm,each user arriving at the charging station will be offered with the best leaving time and charging electric quantity,and provided with the best price menu according to the battery status.The results show that the collaborative dispatch of electric vehicles and distributed photovoltaic energy can reduce interaction with the power grid,reduce the adverse impact of photovoltaic grid-connected and large electric vehicle charging on the grid,increase user participation in load regulation,and promote photovoltaic consumption.
