With the steady progress of power system reform and the continuous deepening of power marketization,the active development of power demand-side management has been listed as an important content of the five basic principles of the Power Reform No.9.Demand side management,as a load management tool for power companies and a means for the government to improve energy efficiency,has further improved the management level of power companies.However,in rural areas,there are problems such as inadequate management of power enterprises,single grid structure of the power system,and lack of intelligent equipment,which result in low reliability of the power system and serious power waste.In order to improve the current situation of power waste in rural power grids,the implementation of rural demand-side management has important practical significance.In recent years,the rapid development of power electronics technology has made the application of power electronics technology more and more widespread.Power electronic devices have gradually become one of the important devices for optimized operation of distribution networks by virtue of their own advantages such as low loss and rapid response.Therefore,based on the soft open point(SOP)of smart power distribution,this paper has carried out the research on the demand side management of rural power grid.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed the implementation schemes of power demand side management under three objective functions and the wide application of new power electronic equipment in the distribution network,studied the working principle of SOP and its mathematical model,and applied it to biomass power generation,wind power generation and The working principle of photovoltaic power generation was discussed.(2)The optimization objectives are to reduce losses,balance the load,and comprehensively consider the two,taking into account the rural distribution system power flow constraints,system safe operation constraints and SOP safe operation constraints,and establish a rural power grid demand-side management optimization model with SOP.And on this basis,time series are introduced to construct a timing optimization model.The second-order cone relaxation method is used to transform the time series optimization model into a mixed-integer second-order cone programming,which solves the mixed-integer non-convex nonlinear programming problem.(3)Using IEEE-33 node power distribution system,simulate and analyze the model proposed in this paper and verify its effectiveness.The simulation results of the calculation examples show that the proposed rural power grid demand-side management scheme based on the three objective functions of SOP can reduce network losses and balance the feeder load,the optimization effect is significant,and the energy utilization efficiency is improved.
