With the rapid development of economy,the share of electric energy in various types of energy consumption is increasing.But the electricity consumption is relatively extensive,making the peak load of the power system constantly refreshed,besides high peak load duration is not long,the remaining power in valley period is not fully utilized,the gap between peak and valley is widening,reducing Grid use efficiency.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of power supply services,to improve network efficiency,to maintain safe and reliable operation of the grid,it is necessary to carry out the demand side management to user side and to carry on the optimization analysis of the network expansion planning considering the demand side management.Based on the load data of user,using data mining and MATLAB,BPA tools,optimize the power network expansion plan considering demand side response.Considering demand side management in power network planning,we must first assessment the effect demand side management.Based on the different methods,a deterministic assessment method of demand response peak shifting ability and a nondeterministic assessment method of demand response potential are put forward.The deterministic assessment method of demand response peak shifting ability,can be used to realize peak shifting ability evaluation of each node in peak load period.,and the constraint of user's electricity characteristic is taken into account,which makes the evaluation result more representative.The assessment results can provide a reference for the development of demand response work,and also lay a foundation for the follow-up analysis of power network planning.The nondeterministic analysis method of demand response potential distribution establish the probability model of demand response potential.And the distribution function is obtained by fitting the probability distribution.Subsequently,consideration of the response rate factor,the result can be used for production simulation,risk analysis and other power grid uncertainty analysis.Based on the results of the deterministic assessment method of demand response peak shifting ability,from the economic point of view,power network planning is optimized,which can help the network planners consider the impact of demand side management on future load when conducting the power planning.Saving demand side resource is used into the power grid planning as an alternative resources of supply side...
