| Entering the 21 st century,various construction undertakings in our country are developing vigorously,which requires more and more stringent quality and efficiency of concrete construction.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the production of concrete mixing station products.Facing the fierce market competition,the production enterprises of mixing station products need to constantly improve product quality to win customers’ satisfaction,reduce costs and increase enterprise benefits.Based on the research of the development and application status of quality management theory at home and abroad,this paper applies the management technology of Lean Six Sigma and the model of DMAIC to implement Lean Six Sigma quality management project for R company’s mixing station products on the basis of the product quality status of R company.At the stage of definition,customers’ need are analyzed,project objectives are formulated based on product quality status,and project team construction and project plan arrangement are completed.In the measurement stage,the production process,relevant measurement system and process capability of mixing station products are analyzed,and the data collection of quality problems is completed.In the analysis stage,three kinds of quality problems are analyzed by using single factor variance analysis,fishbone diagram,causality matrix,FMEA and tree diagram,and the main influencing factors of three quality problems are found.In the improvement stage,a series of quality management methods and lean production tools,such as full factor experimental design,post skill education,standardized operation,rapid improvement,equipment inspection and maintenance,are used to improve the main impact factors.In the control stage,the process of procedure quality control is established,the key control points and related control documents are defined,and the project is effectively supervised and controlled.Through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma quality improvement project,all three types of quality problems of R Company have been effectively solved.The number of silo’s cracks decreases by 85%within six months,the conveyor belt’s output of coarse aggregate silo increases from 3.1 7 kg/turn to 4.32 kg/turn,and the noise level is controlled below the local required upper limit of 88 dB(A).In addition,the average monthly maintenance time is saved 76 hours and maintenance cost is saved 3950 yuan,which greatly improves customers’ satisfaction and increases the economic benefits of enterprises.At the same time,it provides some reference for other similar small and medium-sized enterprises to improve product quality management level by introducing Lean Six Sigma System. |
