Study On Formwork And Support System Of Open Cut Section Of Nanjing Metro

Under the background of China’s current rapid economic development,traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious,especially in the cities where most people choose to rush into work and life.Traffic congestion has become a common phenomenon.In order to alleviate trafic congestion and air pollution,underground traffic came into being.However,due to the particularity of subway construction environment,once an accident occurs,it will cause serious harm,especially the unreasonable design of formwork and its support system,which is easy to cause accidents.In this paper,based on the Nanjing Jurong intercity rail transit project,combined with the specific situation of the project site,the formwork and support system of deep foundation pit are studied.Using the finite element analysis software for theoretical analysis,combined with the specific operation of site construction,the formwork and its support system of open cut section are analyzed and studied.This paper mainly studies the following points.1.Analyze the background of the current subway development,and get the significance of subway development.Referring to the related cases of subway construction accidents,this paper finds out the influencing factors of accidents in subway construction,and focuses on the research of formwork and support system.2.Taking Nanjing Jurong intercity rail transit project as an example,this paper analyzes its geological and hydrological conditions and surrounding environment,and determines the appropriate construction method.Then according to the load and stress of the project,the structural form of the formwork and the form of the support are designed.Finally,Midas is used to analyze the support,and the feasibility and safety of the design are proved theoretically.3.Determine the quality control system,monitoring scheme and safe and civilized construction measures of the project.4.From the analysis and research of the project,the design mode of the buckle type formwork and support system in the open cut section is determined,which can provide reference for similar projects.Fig[53]tab[9]ref[52]...
