Research On Risk Management Of Data Center Building Design Project

As the foundation of communication engineering,the design project of Data Center building plays an important role in the development of communication era.Such projects are national infrastructure projects with long cycle and large investment,so there are a lot of risks in this process.Based on the analysis of the current research situation of relevant subjects at home and abroad,this paper mainly studies from the following aspects:First,in this study to a Operator Data Center building design project as an example,based on the knowledge system of Project Management and Project Risk Management Knowledge System,in view of the Data Center building design project risk management research and current state of application and existing problems,and the organization,projects and goals for comprehensive analysis.Second,through literature research,Delphi Technique,questionnaire and empirical analysis,30 risk factors in six aspects were summarized.They are quality(6),organization(5),cost(5),schedule(5),communication(5),information management(4),and make specific analysis.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the design project of Data Center building by using AHP and Yaahp software,at the same time carries on the risk analysis to the concrete project,and makes the hierarchical analysis according to the concrete project information.Combined with Fuzzy Comprehension Evaluation Method,from the risk of probability and risk of loss analysis,and make a comprehensive evaluation.Fourth:according to the comprehensive evaluation results,the corresponding risk coping strategies and measures are put forward,and the new trend of the development of the architectural design project,full process engineering consultation and design insurance are proposed.
