This paper is based on the jacking project of high railway under Huangshan Road,Xiangshan Town,Maanshan City,Based on field monitoring and combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The risk weight ranking of the main risk factors of under-jacking construction is carried out.For the risk factors with high weight in weight ranking,Using ABAQUS finite element software for numerical simulation analysis.According to the results of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),Try to build a security control system for box culvert under-jacking construction.Provide reference for similar projects in the future.(1)Sort out the relevant information of under-jacking construction,combined with the background and characteristics of Maanshan city Xiangshan town Huangshan road under the Nanshan under-jacking construction project,compare and analyze the pros and cons of different jacking methods,provide a preferred scheme for the jacking construction of box culverts.(2)The main risk factors of the jacking construction are analyzed,based on the existing risk assessment research methods at home and abroad,establish box culvert under-jacking construction risk analysis model,uses the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to weight sorting risk source and risk factors.(3)ABAQUS software was used to establish the construction model of box culvert jacking project and simulated construction conditions.The deformation law of the box culvert in the process of interpenetration and jacking is analyzed.Under two conditions with or without train load,the deformation law of the stool beam and the deformation law of the pile foundation are analyzed respectively.(4)Combine risk analysis and finite element analysis results and based on BIM technology,build box culvert under-jacking construction security control system,For the same type of engineering safety recommendations are put forward. |
