| With the development of economic globalization,as always,China’s construction industry is developing rapidly,and the number of contracted projects and contract value are rising.With the rapid development of the construction industry,the competition in the engineering contracting market is also extremely fierce.More and more large-scale engineering projects adopt EPC(engineering contract),Under the same technical conditions,potential bidders use the price advantage to obtain the project target.At the same time,the contract price mode often adopts the fixed total price mode,and almost all the project risks are borne by the general contractor.The claim management ability of construction enterprises in China is generally weak,which further restricts the profit of construction enterprises in engineering projectsTherefore,based on the above actual situation,this thesis studies and establishes the EPC project full cycle claim factor classification matrix to guide the EPC enterprise to carry out the claim work with the goal as the guidance,and summarizes a set of claim management operation system to ensure the EPC enterprise to carry out the claim work efficiently,in order to improve the management levelFirstly,this thesis introduces the concept and characteristics of EPC contract,and analyzes the research status of EPC Contractor’s claim at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of the identified EPC project full cycle risk list,through the analysis of the EPC contract claim conditions,sort out the EPC project general contractor claim factor matrix.Based on the engineering statistical data,the evaluation standard of claim factor is established,and the claim factor is graded through the questionnaire data,and the claim factor grading matrix is established.Then,we think about and summarize a set of domestic first-class EPC enterprise claim management operation system to ensure the efficient operation of claim management.Finally,this thesis takes G company’s Pakistan power station project as the research object,and reanalyzes based on the claim factor classification matrix established in this paper,which has a certain reference and demonstration role.Through the research,the claim factor classification matrix and the claim management operation support system which is thought and summarized in this thesis can provide reference and guidance for EPC Construction Enterprises to carry out claim management in China,and further enrich the theoretical research of EPC contractor claim management. |
