| At present,the strategic emphasis of highway construction in our country has shifted from construction period to maintenance period,and highway maintenance projects are increasing year by year,which has become a new economic growth point of highway industry.Because our country highway maintenance technology and the management work start late,the technical measure and its management system are not yet fully mature,the maintenance design in the leading position is more important,and to some extent represents the development trend of highway maintenance projects.Scientific maintenance requires,design first.The design quality of highway maintenance project determines the project quality,construction progress and final investment to a certain extent.Strengthening design quality management,meeting the needs of customers,achieving economic and social benefits of maintenance projects are the permanent quality goals design units and designers pursue.Based on the design quality problems of highway maintenance projects in Z Design Institute in 2014-2019,this paper analyzes,concludes and summarizes the causes of quality problems by synthesizing literature,using brainstorming method,Delphi method and other management tools.Further,this research finds out the primary and secondary factors that affect the design quality of maintenance projects,and constructs influencing factor system of highway maintenance project design quality in Z Design Institute.Using quality management tools,the main influencing factors of maintenance projects design quality are revealed.In this paper,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the combination weight coefficient of each influencing factor of design quality.Referring to Pareto law,the main influencing factors of design quality of highway maintenance project are defined.The main influencing factors of design quality in Z Design Institute involve the contents of people,technology and management.Aiming at the main influencing factors,the author applies the theory of total quality management and formulates targeted improvement measures,and the effectiveness of the improvement measures was verified by an example of XB maintenance project.In this paper,according to the design quality problems in Z Design Institute in the maintenance project as the starting point,the PDCA principle is used for quality improvement.This paper uses a variety of quality improvement tools and analysis methods to ensure that the data is true and reliable,the evaluation method is appropriate,and the conclusion is credible.Through the study of this paper,the design quality in Z Design institute in asphalt pavement maintenance project is improved,so that it can meet the requirements of the rapidly developing highway maintenance in terms of technology and management,and to improve the competitiveness in Z Design Institute.The results of this paper also provides useful inspiration and reference for other design institutes. |
