Research On The Optimization Countermeasures Of Harbin Conventional Bus Service From The Perspective Of The Public

With the increasingly growth of urbanization rate,the decrease of Engel coefficient and the continuous improvement of people’s happiness index,the number of private cars in Chinese cities has been increasing by leaps and leaps,which not only facilitates residents’ travel,but also causes serious urban diseases.Giving priority to the development of public transport is a basic state policy to alleviate urban traffic congestion,improve the air quality of city and become carbon neutral.However,the passenger loss year by year,although many cities have introduced corresponding bus-first protection policies,there is still a lack of analysis on passengers’ travel choice behavior and feedback on bus services.In this paper,from the perspective of the public,using Harbin traffic survey data,using IAA and IPA-Kano model to quantify the data and evaluate the satisfaction of bus service,get a more rational quantitative analysis results,and put forward the corresponding bus service optimization countermeasures.Firstly,the evaluation system of regular bus service in Harbin was constructed.A questionnaire survey was conducted on passengers in Harbin in 2019,and 6 dimensions and 27 indicators were determined by screening the indicators.Secondly,the degree of the respondents,travel purpose,such as basic situation analysis,start from the satisfaction and importance of passengers,on the basis of considering the influence of various bus service satisfaction on the overall satisfaction of bus service may be asymmetric,the use of impact-asymmetric analysis and IPA-Kano to quantify the data and the evaluation of the bus service,discussing the types and elements from different angles of improving order,through the contrast analysis.Finally,for services that need to be optimized,considered the future development direction of bus service in Harbin,combined with the bus intelligent and informatization,put forward the optimization strategy for bus service and the suggestion in Harbin,in order to improve the service level of bus,ease traffic congestion and other "city disease",enable more people to green and healthy travel.
