With the rapid development of socio-economic and urbanization,the Urban-Rural Fringe also gradually Society and its various developments has been widespread concerned.And with the infrastructure continues to improve,more and more people choose conventional public transport to travel.In this context,to evaluate its conventional public transport service satisfaction are particularly important because of the traffic characteristics and the characteristics of the public transportation system difference between the Urban-Rural Fringe and city.Firstly,the thesis through the various angles and other evaluation methods and models to the existing domestic and international research to make a comparative analysis;then explains the concept of the Urban-Rural Fringe from different perspectives and analysis its geographical characteristics and transport characteristics,thus sums up the difference between Urban-Rural Fringe bus and city bus.The analysis revealed that the Urban-Rural Fringe ground regular bus has a great difference from the urban public transportation in line length,spacing and other aspects.Secondly,the paper sets up evaluation index system for Urban-Rural Fringe Ground Conventional Public characteristics.First of all,through the passengers,bus companies,government regulators tripartite body then combined with the geographical features and urban fringe public health,we selected the most representative regional indicators index system tower structure,so that not only guarantee the indicators richness,but also ensure the targeted indicators.Nextly,for the index system and constitute the distribution level,the paper introduced the concept of SERVQUAL scores instead of the traditional scoring models,and ultimately determine the AHP,Maximizing Deviations,SERVQUAL model and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model of the combination.Finally,the thesis takes an example of Chongqing BaNan evaluation to index system and method are verified.First of all,according to the development of the urban-rural fringe definition and BaNan District development position,then determines the scope of the BaNan urban-rural fringe areas.Secondly,we do research on four bus lines,obtained by system validation BaNan urban-rural fringe in a regular bus service satisfaction level which is "satisfy expectations".Finally,according to the analysis results and combined with the actual investigation,put forward the improvement strategy from the aspects such as infrastructure construction,policy,and bus companies.All in all,this article established a scientific comprehensive evaluation system according to the three main body,and through the four methods of the integrated use to evaluate the selection of the research object;then puts forward the improvement strategy which has certain reference significance to improve the Urban-Rural Fringe bus service satisfactifon.
