Industrial architectural heritage is an important type of architectural heritage,with high historical,artistic,scientific,social and cultural values.It is also an important content of urban cultural identity and a part of contemporary urban life.The renewal and reuse of industrial architectural heritage has many meanings in terms of history and culture,resource utilization,economic benefits and environmental protection.However,the physical environmental performance of buildings is often neglected in the design phase of industrial building heritage renewal,resulting in a series of problems such as poor comfort and large energy consumption in the renewed buildings.This paper selects industrial architectural heritage as the research object,enumerates the protection principles and green renewal principles of industrial architectural heritage,and builds a design platform based on performance simulation and optimization,and proposes that industrial architectural heritage meets the principles of protection and green renewal and combines performance Simulate the green update design process of the optimization platform.It summarizes the green renewal strategy,design parameters and performance design goals of the industrial architectural heritage from the three stages of site environment,single space and enclosure structure,and integrates and forms a strategic system for the green renewal of industrial architectural heritage.Finally,combine the design process and strategy system,and use the performance simulation optimization platform as a tool to carry out relevant industrial building heritage green renewal design practices.This research mainly consists of three parts.The first two chapters are the first part of the thesis.It summarizes the status quo,renewal goals,influencing factors,and principles of protection and renewal of the industrial building heritage green renewal,and constructs the design process of the industrial building heritage green renewal to provide theoretical support for the following article.Chapters 3 and 4 are the second part of the thesis.Chapter 3 first introduces the basic logic of simulation optimization and other basic theories,and then introduces the three main steps of simulation optimization,and finally builds a conventional simulation optimization platform and parameter-based optimization.Software simulation optimization platform;in Chapter 4,the green update strategy of the three stages of site environment,single space,and envelope structure is summarized,and the design parameters and performance design goals of the three stages are prejudged and set for each The stage of simulation optimization application is well established,forming a three-stage green update strategy system based on performance simulation optimization.The third part includes the fifth chapter of the paper.On the basis of the previous research,it discusses in detail how to use this set of strategy system and simulation optimization platform for practice in specific update projects.This research constructs a green renewal design process for industrial architectural heritage and a three-stage green renewal strategy system for industrial architectural heritage;this process and strategy system are applied to the renewal design of Jinan Chengfeng Flour Mill’s flour milling building,and Combined with the simulation optimization design platform,CFD simulation software,ladybug tools,Wallacei X and other tools are used to simulate and optimize the "green building performance",so as to obtain an updated design plan that meets the heritage protection principles,modern functional requirements and performance.It is hoped that it can provide a more systematic theoretical basis and practical reference for the future practice of industrial building heritage renewal.
