| In the VUCA Society,Volatility,Uncertainty,Complexity and Ambiguity are complicated mixed together.This lead the enterprice R&D activities more challengeable on innovation hardness grade and uniqueness.the original waterfall type R&D processes typical with on functional authority,knowledge authority,teamwork and reliable plan are difficult to fullfill the customer needs in VUCA society.Lean production management is a production organization and management method characterized by just-in-time production and active participation of all staff in improvement.The core contents are waste elimination and create value.Lean production management has achieved great success in the field of manufacturing,and it has been expanded and applied in other fields such as market,logistics,research and development.Taking B Company as a practical case,this thesis researched how to apply lean thinking to R&D activities for PM process optimization with the target to improve customer satisfaction.Make root cause analysis of the R&D issues according to the latest customer survey results,Do R&D activities valve stream analysis with the lean thinking of 8 waste direction after the completely learning and comaprison of domestic and international project management,lean,process re-engineering,knowledge re-use system.Optimize the project mnagment processed by tailoing of processes to elimate waste based on the waste analysis result,create project flexible team,valve add design.Regarding the process change relative risks,Introduced supporting measures from project escalation structure,balance flexible project team and falut tolerence platform,Safeguring the success of the process optimization.The thesis introduced a R&D lean thinking,a mutual integration of innovative flexible project team and fault-tolerant platform,To build up a taiji enterprise operation system which can be the reference for enterprises who are seeking for solutions to fullfill customer needs in VUCA society. |
